Abstract
This measurement procedure defines a tool, named LIHA, and a method for measuring the electromagnetic immunity of an integrated circuit (IC). This procedure was developed to predict the EMC disturbance risks for the equipment under high frequency field aggressions like radar, on a frequency range between 1 GHz and 18 GHz.
